Patricia Pies fish died within 24 hours and my experience with their customer service was abysmally awful, the person I talked to was rude and unhelpful.
I am sorry for fish dying! Not sure what could happened when introduced to your tank
Also I don't recall not replying or answer and questions you had prior to the purchase!
We guarantee live and healthy arrival but unfortunately can't be responsible once fish hit your system
And please any issues with the fish at arrival while still in bag please report it to me by texting pictures and videos because that way DOA still valid for 24-48 hours once we know fish arrived alive but with any issues! No report was made or pictures sent to me!
